Antoine Robichet is a faculty member and part of the SPLOTT laboratory at Université Gustave Eiffel. Curious at school, he decided to leave for a year in the USA before entering high school. After obtaining his baccalaureate, he entered an engineering school to study civil engineering then specialised in transport and mobility during a second-year Master’s. After another year abroad, Antoine started a PhD on the decarbonisation of freight transport.

He currently specialises in the use of cargo bikes for deliveries with the aim of determining whether this environmentally friendly mode of transport could offer a positive alternative to polluting transport vehicles such as lorries.
